AIDS Alabama Uses Awareness Lapel Pins to Fight for Its Cause

AIDS Alabama has been devoting its time, energy, and resources to help people since 1986. The organization’s mission is to prevent the spread of and serve individuals living with HIV. The Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) awarded AIDS Alabama with a grant to perform needs assessments and trends analysis for people living with HIV in1988.  In the past year, AIDS Alabama has provided over 94,000 nights of housing to low income HIV- positive people through its housing and supportive services program which began in 1993. Hard At Work With Them Signature Pins had the privilege of working side by side with AIDS Alabama to create a custom pin that continues the call for awareness. The ribbon lapel pin we created to help the AIDS organization support its cause was designed to take a bold stance for AIDS awareness and support.
