Remember the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 with Custom Lapel Pins

September 11th, 2001 is a day that went down in the history books.  The tragic collapse of the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers is something most people remember vividly.  The 10th anniversary of that tragic event is approaching and the Monroe Firefighters decided that they wanted a special way to announce the bike run that they are hosting to commemorate the event.

The lapel pins that we created for the event feature a picture of the American Flag draped over the Twin Towers with the words “Monroe Firefighters 9-11 Memorial Bike Night” with a picture of a firefighter’s shield and a motorcycle.  The tiny soft enamel pin is rich in detail and full of character.  It also includes the fire department’s number which is FD343NY.  Small things like these add to the appearance of the lapel pin by making it realistic and memorable.

9/11 memorabilia has become a big part of our culture.  There are a number of items that people can choose from.  Custom lapel pins like the one we create for the Monroe Firefighters are symbolic in nature because of their relevance to the event.  People that participated in the bike night can look back at their pins and remember what it meant to be a part of such a historic and charitable function.
