We will contact you via email or phone with payment instructions. We require payment at the time the order is placed in the form of a credit card or a check.
If you are paying with a credit card, we will send the secure online order form for your use and order placement. All you have to do is go online and follow our easy-to-use format. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email that reads, " Congratulations, your order has been placed."
If you are paying with a check, we will send the proof with pricing along with the address of where to send the check to. When you send the check please included your complete shipping address along with a contact name and phone number. Once the check is received, we will send you final email confirmation for you to review as well as production approval. Just reply with your approval and we will get started on your order.
You will receive a paid invoice via email for your records within 48 hours. This confirms that the order has been placed.
Sit back and relax. In as little as 10 to 14 days, your product will be sent to your doorstep. The UPS tracking number attached to your package will be sent to you via email so you will know the exact day your order will be delivered.
