This important information lets you know what to expect from us as a company and the custom products you choose to order from us.
Our Terms and Conditions protect you, the customer, from manufacturing defects with our products. The last thing that you want is damaged or defective lapel pins. Signature Pins backs each and every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “defect” or “defective” means a manufacturing error.
The Terms and Conditions also establish how important the proofing process is. Prior to starting production, you will receive via e-mail a digital proof of your final custom-made product. This high-quality digital proof will allow you to spell check, verify color, size and make any additional changes or corrections prior to starting production. The “size” of your lapel pin is determined by measuring the widest or tallest point of your design. It is your responsibility to double check the design for accuracy. If you find an error, you simply make note of it in your correspondence to us and we make the revision for you free of charge.
Last but not least, the Terms and Conditions found on our website make you aware of the terms and rules that bind every sale. It’s important to know that All Sales Are Final. Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. Signature Pins does not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts. As mentioned previously, if one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt.
