The Central Florida Fair is Finally Here!

The Central Florida Fair begins Feb 26th thru March 9th.Are you planning on attending this year’s celebration?If you are, you’re in for a real treat.Since 1910, the Central Florida Fair has delighted residents of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake Brevard, and Volusia counties and provided them with food, rides, and entertainment galore.

This year is to be no different.Located near downtown Orlando on 87 acres of land, the Central Florida Fair is an eleven day event that celebrates local residents by offering nearly $200,000 in prize money to exhibitors in the following categories:

• Creative Arts
• Food Arts & Sciences
• Horticulture
• FFA
• 4-H
• Livestock
• Entertainment

The Central Florida Fair is charitable to children as well.It provides free tickets to underprivileged youth and arranges a special day for students and school chaperones to visit the fair.The experience that is gained from a visit to the Central Florida Fairgrounds has the power to change lives.

The Fair is sustained by Fair ticket sales, off-season rental income, and partnerships with local businesses.That’s why it’s very important as Central Floridians to support the Fair each and every year by attending it.
